Caliber Collision

I recently had my car repaired and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process.

I recently had my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica repaired at Caliber Collision in Riverside after being rear ended, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and handled with the utmost professionalism. Eric was exceptional. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, done right the first time, and the quality was outstanding. I never felt left in the dark, and the ease of working with the shop made a potentially stressful situation completely manageable. I would absolutely recommend this location to friends and family…

Let's face it accidents happen and that's why I love and trust Dan Bosworth and his crew at Caliber Collision! I have followed him to each location because he and his staff take great care of our cars and make these things as painless as possible. The service is awesome from the start to finish. I know I can trust Dan and his word and haven't been disappointed!

Had the pleasure of working with Joel about my vehicle. He was incredibly efficient and was able to have my car back to me, looking good as new, in 29 hours. Super grateful for that. Highly Recommend him.

Treated like VIP from start to end. Dropped off my vehicle and enterprise was already there waiting to take me to my rental. My vehicle was finished a week ahead schedule, they even washed and detailed my truck. Upon pick up I was received by my Caliber Collision agent, Office Manager, and General manager. They all greeted me warmly and gave me a very detailed tour of all the repairs. I would recommend this place every time. They have excellent customer service.
