Recently took my car into be serviced for a windshield replacement with Phil Macias. He is very personable and professional. He made sure everything was to my liking and carried me along throughout the repairs. I’m glad I bought my car from Walter’s Benz. Everyone is very kind and professional.

I brought my GL 350 to Mercedes-Benz of Riverside to have the second row seat worked on. It has a power fold function but would not fold and the manual handle would not engage. This left the third row passengers to have access only on the one side of the vehicle, which was inconvenient but also a potential safety hazard. My original appointment was to have it diagnosed and worked on while I waited, because I live 56 miles away.
