Audi Riverside Service Center

Took my vehicle in for service and recall work and was assisted by Stacy Samuel. The recall work was done very quickly and after looking up my service record and doing an inspection, I was advised that a service wasn't needed at this time. They easily could have provided a service that wasn't really needed and I would have paid for it, but they didn't. The staff is helpful, professional, and I always appreciate getting my car back clean.

James Rocha is always courteous and professional. He truly takes care of his customers and makes the whole process comfortable and easy. I highly recommend Audi of Riverside, the whole team is top tier.

I brought my car in for the 10K mile service, and the whole process was a breeze! Oscar, my Service Advisor, greeted me outside the building, moved my vehicle, and was incredibly friendly and informative the entire time. Audi Service Center of Riverside is top notch! James, the service manager helped me with my new Sq6 as the vehicle had a minor defect with the headrest. James was able to get me in right away with an appointment same day! This was during a weekday. He took time to listen to my concerns, assessed the issue, and ensured that I did a walk around before leaving the service center after the repair. I was very impressed and appreciated the complimentary car wash! I left the service center feeling confident and at ease. Thank you again James!
